Just a quick update…

This is week three of clean eating. I’ve been trying very hard to eliminate most processed foods from my diet. Last week I weighed in at 183.4 (I think). I started the clean eating at 190. I have been working out and eating healthy since October and barely lost 4lbs. In two weeks I lost nearly 7?!?!?!

This gave me the motivation to keep going. I’m trying new foods and feel pretty great. Last week I even ate out and broke the eating for some chicken fingers and fries. It didn’t even matter. I didn’t feel guilty, or mad, I felt good, because I let myself indulge a bit.

Anyway, I’m glad something is finally working for me!

I’ve been trying to use Friday’s as weigh-in days.  However, I have not been home the last few Fridays to weigh myself.

THEREFORE!  I weighed myself today, to start back up on Fridays AND!!

183.2!!
