I joined the crossfit gym that I had a groupon for on Monday. At my workout on Wednesday I did a handstand/walk walk without any resistance band help. My arms are getting some serious muscle. Any my legs! Oh my legs. I love crossfit. I need to get some better shoes for it, though. Any suggestions?

I went to see an Endocrinologist on Monday. I saw one about 6 months ago, but saw a different one this time because the first is on sabbatical. He told me to lose weight that I need to eat as few meals as possible. I need to make breakfast my biggest meal, and eat smaller meals if needed. He told me to eat any carbohydrates at the end of the meal. He also said to try not to eat carbs at all. ...

MI Boot Camps!
Today was the last day of MI Fitness Boot Camp. Got my measurements done and I lost a total of 6.5 inches in a month! Very pumped about this! Weight is still staggering between 177 and 183. IDK, but at least it’s not the 190s!
Low FODMAP.... Paleo?
I’m thinking of combining the two? Does that make sense at all? I like the idea of paleo better than FODMAP. FODMAP feels more difficult, but it feels more doable? Is amazing. I’m doing a women’s fitness camp that I got for $49 (reg $210) and I love it. I just got one for a 30-class punch card for kickboxing. And I got one for a month of unlimited crossfit. $25 and $39(for two people). Once I finish camp, I’m going to some kickboxing and then a friend and I are going to start crossfit in January. I love metro Detroit!
