This is my Tumblr dedicated to my health. I set out in October 2011 to train to run a marathon and on October 21, 2012, I ran the Detroit Free Press Marathon. In that time my weight varied +/- 10lbs. I went from never running to running a marathon and I weigh the same as I started. What?!
Now I'm dedicating this blog to figure out what works.
It's going to be trial and error until something works for me.
Just another part of the journey.

Set up my marathon training schedule! 19 weeks starting on June 11th! Until then, it’s to the gym 5 days a week, running at least 3 days. I love training plans!
