MI Boot Camps!
Today was the last day of MI Fitness Boot Camp. Got my measurements done and I lost a total of 6.5 inches in a month!
Very pumped about this!
Weight is still staggering between 177 and 183. IDK, but at least it’s not the 190s!

Friday Weigh-In!
This is almost the end of week three of clean eating and today’s weigh-in is: 182.4!
So in three weeks I have lost about 7 pounds and 1 pound from last week.
Did I mention that I’m really monitoring my salt intake? I think one of the problems I was having was that I was getting too much sodium, therefore I was retaining water.
I’ve been feeling so good these last couple weeks, and I think it has a lot to do with my new eating habits, and probably even more to do with some medication changes. Either way, I feel really great.
Submitted a before and after to a before and after tumblr today. I keep getting discouraged by how slow the weight is coming off for me, but it’s always refreshing and nice to see how far I really have come… even if it’s been a few years. It has been a few years… and I still see myself as the girl I used to be. Weight loss is 100% mental, folks, and it’s hard to wrap your mind around.
Soooo, I bought a two-piece swimsuit from the clearance at Old Navy today. I’m going to be taking all of my progress pictures in said swimsuit. Starting today!
I’ve been trying to use Friday’s as weigh-in days. However, I have not been home the last few Fridays to weigh myself.
THEREFORE! I weighed myself today, to start back up on Fridays AND!!

Basically, in the last month and a half, I have lost the same, if not more, than I did the four months before. This is good. This means that things are working… just slowly.
Also, I TOLD YOU my butt was getting bigger. Went back to 39 in the hips/butt and pretty sure it is solely in my butt.
Middle school me was so cool with her blue hair and “could care less” attitude. Also, she was severely depressed and obese.
Probably around my highest weight and highest level of awkward.
12 Days until the Half!
I’m so excited/nervous/anxious!
I didn’t run at ALL last week because my hip has been hurting me a lot after that 11-mile run. I stuck to weight training and the elliptical. My hip is mostly better now, though. I am repeating last week’s running schedule this week (I had a week lapse in my training plan anyway). I ran 3 miles yesterday and, yes, it was hard, but I could actually do it, and I did so in about 33 minutes.
Three more miles today. I’m going to try to run outside after work.
Then it’s only 5 short months from the half until the full. Eek!!
